Making Headways in the Display Space to Create Engagement Unlike Ever Before

Epson is officially set to showcase its latest projection and display solutions at the TCEA 2025, which is taking place in Austin, Texas from Feb. 2-4 in booth.

According to certain reports, the company will put on display an extensive lineup of big, bright, efficient display solutions that are designed deliver immersive learning experiences, and at the same time, foster engaging educational environments.

More on the same would reveal how these solutions all leverage the power of Epson’s proprietary 3-chip 3LCD projection technology to deliver flexible document camera solutions across classrooms and beyond. The idea behind doing that is to relay how display technology can help create exciting and immersive learning environments in today’s modern classrooms.

“Digital content is a vital component of modern learning and both educators and students deserve innovative solutions to display and engage with content inside classrooms and in shared spaces – Epson remains committed to developing game-changing display technologies for K-12 environments,” said Remi Del Mar, senior product manager, Epson America, Inc. “At TCEA in Austin, we will showcase Epson’s powerful display technologies, highlighting the breadth of lamp free laser projectors that provide flexibility in different applications, such as casting and interactivity for classrooms, mobility for shared spaces.”

Talk about Epson’s line-up of new solutions on a slightly deeper level, we begin from PowerLite® 810E, which happens to be an extremely short throw display capable of supporting an 80-inch display from as close as one inch away. It can also project a massive 160-inch image – up to 2.5 times larger than a 75-inch flat panel display. This it can do from as little as 14 inches away.

Furthermore, the solution banks upon 3LCD and 5,000 lumens of equal Color Brightness (IDMS Rated) and White Brightness (ISO Rated) to deliver impactful and colorful images. Complementing that is the availability of enterprise wireless connectivity and dual speakers.

The next solution in line would be Mobi™ Mobile Projector Cart (ELPCS01), it was markedly named 2024 TIME Best Inventions Special Mentions. In terms of specifics, the stated product is exclusively designed for PowerLite 810E and 815E extreme short throw projectors.

At launch, this mobile projector cart includes a convenient and smartly designed on-board control panel to easily power on, change display sources, and adjust audio without reaching for a remote. The spacious cabinet area, on its part, provides a handy storage space for PCs, whereas on the other hand, the USB hub allows easy optional device integration, such as a webcam, a wireless mouse/laser pointer, or extra speakers.

There is also built-in Wi-Fi and Miracast® support to provide untethered connectivity, something which makes it easy for users to move around the device.

Then, we have BrightLink® 770Fi, a large, easy-to-read display for captivating interactive lessons. The lamp-free BrightLink 770Fi features 3-chip 3LCD technology and a virtually maintenance-free laser light source.

Its interactive display also offers 4,100 lumens of equal Color Brightness (IDMS Rated) and White Brightness (ISO Rated), while simultaneously supporting variable display sizes from 65- to 100-inches – 75% larger than a 75-inch flat panel. Among other things, we ought to mention how the solution in question is compatible with the most common operating systems and applications, including Office 365 and Google Workspace, as well as Macintosh computers.

Another product in question would be Epson’s EB-PU2116W, which would be a high performance 16,000-lumen large venue WUXGA laser projector. This particular projector features a long-lasting laser light source for low maintenance and automated adjustment tools, along with a host of interchangeable lens options.

The device also accommodates larger-than-life displays for immersive learning environments, auditoriums, gymnasiums, and performing arts centers. All in all, the EB-PU2116W offers a durable design with a sealed light source and optical engine to withstand the most demanding installation environments.

Hold on, we still have a few bits left to unpack, considering we still haven’t touched upon PowerLite L630SU. This high-performance PowerLite L630SU short throw laser projector can seamlessly deliver up to 6,000 lumens of equal Color Brightness (IDMS Rated) and White Brightness (ISO Rated), something which makes it ideal for ambient light environments, including classrooms, libraries, and assembly spaces.
