Event Tech Live returns to Excel London on 11 and 12 November 2026, with the first sessions now live and calls for workshops and podcasts open until the end of September.
The first wave of the Event Tech Live London 2026 agenda is published. The show runs across four stages on 11 and 12 November at Excel London and is free to attend.
Speakers confirmed in this first wave come from Terrapin, Informa, Easyfairs, George P. Johnson, Hemming Group, Clarion Events and CI Group. More sessions go live over the coming weeks as the programme is built out.
The four stages are the Main Stage, sponsored by Choose 2 Rent, the AI and Innovation Stage, sponsored by EventMobi, the Experiential and Engagement Stage, and the MarTech and Growth Stage, which is new for 2026 and sits where events and marketing technology have converged. Running alongside them is a strand of Organiser Voice sessions, given over to the people actually buying and running the technology rather than the companies selling it.
Every session is selected on editorial merit. Event Tech Live has never operated a pay-to-speak model and does not intend to. Commercial investment in the show does not buy a slot on any stage.
Two open calls close on 30 September. The workshop programme is looking for people who can teach a room something usable, hands-on sessions on the tools event teams work with every day across operations, marketing and RevOps, including Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and the everyday stack applied to event planning and delivery. The podcast studio and stage returns, built with First Sight Media, and any host can record live at the show at no cost with access to the full production setup. Slots are scheduled on merit.
Adam Parry, founder of Event Tech Live, said: “AI is the single most requested topic from our registered audience and it is not close. What our audience wants now is not another explainer, it is the honest version. What worked, what did not, and what it actually cost. That is the bar we are setting for every stage this year.”
On the evening of 11 November, the Event Technology Awards: London return for their 13th year at Excel London, co-located with the show.
