AI Infrastructure Xchange USA 2027 Opens Call for Speakers to Address America’s AI Infrastructure Buildout

AI Infrastructure Xchange USA 2027 has opened its Call for Speakers, inviting senior executives, infrastructure developers, engineers, operators, utility leaders, technology companies,

investors, and policymakers to contribute to a focused program addressing the physical infrastructure required to support America’s accelerating AI economy.

Taking place on April 20, 2027, in Houston, Texas, the one-day conference will bring together hyperscalers, AI compute providers, data center developers, utilities, energy companies,

semiconductor and networking leaders, cooling technology providers, engineering firms, investors, and infrastructure partners responsible for scaling the next generation of AI compute capacity.

AI infrastructure is entering an execution race. Rapid growth in AI workloads is increasing demand for power, high-density compute, cooling, networking, land, water, equipment, and capital at a pace that existing infrastructure was not designed to accommodate. The next phase will depend on how effectively the industry can align compute architecture, power strategy, data center development, resource efficiency, financing, and project delivery.

Five Strategic Pillars

The 2027 program is structured around five strategic pillars: Powering the AI Infrastructure

Buildout; Scaling AI Compute, Networking & Cluster Infrastructure; High-Density Data Center Power, Cooling & Thermal Infrastructure; AI Data Center Development & Emerging Infrastructure Models; and Financing, Commercial Models & De-Risking AI Infrastructure Deployment.

Across these themes, the conference will examine large-load interconnection, transmission constraints, behind-the-meter generation, microgrids, advanced nuclear, GPUs and accelerators, high-speed networking, rack-scale computing, liquid cooling, high-density power distribution,

site development, modular deployment, AI factories, infrastructure finance, compute leasing, power procurement, and emerging deployment models.

Call for Speakers

The conference committee is seeking speakers who can bring practical deployment experience, measurable outcomes, technical depth, commercial insight, and strategic perspective to these discussions. Priority will be given to contributions grounded in real-world projects, engineering experience, operating data, implementation lessons, and commercially relevant case studies rather than broad corporate or promotional presentations.

Relevant contributors may include leaders from hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI compute providers, data center developers and operators, utilities, independent power producers, semiconductor companies, server and networking providers, cooling specialists, engineering and construction firms, infrastructure investors, energy companies, and public-sector organizations.

Speaking at AI Infrastructure Xchange USA 2027 provides an opportunity to contribute directly to the conversations shaping America’s AI infrastructure buildout while engaging with senior decision-makers responsible for compute capacity, power strategy, technology adoption, infrastructure investment, and project delivery.

Scaling Deployable AI Infrastructure

With 100+ delegates, 15+ expert speakers, five strategic agenda pillars, and one concentrated day of presentations, executive panels, and structured networking, AI Infrastructure Xchange USA 2027 is designed to connect the organizations responsible for building, powering, equipping, financing, and operating AI infrastructure.

The event centers on one defining question: what will it take to turn AI demand into deployable, resource-ready infrastructure?

Speaker proposals should include the speaker’s name, job title, organization, brief biography, and proposed topic or area of expertise.
